WKC: Hyejeon Global Hospitality Programme 2019, HongSeong, South Korea

In September 2015, Ian visited Hyejeon College in South Korea on behalf of WKC, and had the most memorable time meeting the college professors and teaching Korean students. Forward to July 2019, the International Office at WKC contacted Ian and asked him to plan and organise one week of cooking British & European dishes, as part of the three week Global Hospitality Programme. The programme covered three weeks in London for the students of which Ian hosted & taught week two. Congratulations to the July 2019 Culinary & Baking students from Hyejeon College for completing the full week of cooking & baking. It was a very and rewarding exciting week.
