As an independent contractor representing EcoLab, CulinaryConcepts travels the UK and throughout Europe carrying out hygiene audits to food businesses. Each audit is recorded and reviewed by EcoLab professionals in the States, providing evidence that businesses are working in a clean, safe and appropriate manner. In 2019 we visited: Austria; Germany; Switzerland; Czechoslovakia; Italy and the UK. In 2020, we are scheduled to visit at least seven European countries and the UK.
